We have a number of ways of working with phobias.  For those who are reluctant to use hypnotherapy we can offer other approaches including CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation) and EFT (emotional freedom technique). We will work with you, with or without hypnotherapy, until you are comfortable.

These same techniques can be used for PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) and make a difference often in just one session.

You may wish to allow 2 - 3 hours for a breakthrough session, or come for hourly sessions until you have no phobic reaction.
